Andrea Córdova McCadney

Senior Research & Program Associate, Democracy

Andrea Córdova is a senior research and program associate in the Brennan Center’s Democracy Program, where she focuses on election security. Prior to joining the Brennan Center, Córdova completed a Fulbright Scholarship in the Azores, Portugal. While in college, she interned at the Office of Economic and Development Affairs in the Department of State. She also interned at the BRICS Policy Center in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, doing comparative research on food security policies.

 

Córdova graduated with honors from Brown University with a BA in public policy. For her honors senior thesis, Andrea researched the implications of voting policies, perceptions, and organizations for Puerto Rican political participation in the U.S.
