One seat is up for nonpartisan election in Arkansas. Incumbent Justice Josephine Hart did not file for reelection. Circuit Court Judge Morgan “Chip” Welch and attorney Barbara Womack Webb competed for her seat in the general election on March 3, 2020. Barbara Womack Webb received a majority of the votes and won the election.
