On behalf of the League of Women Voters of Florida, Florida Public Interest Research Group, and Rock the Vote, the Brennan Center submitted the following comments for the development workshop being held on June 28, 2011 concerning Third-Party Voter Registration Organizations. These regulations relate to the recent passage of Florida House Bill 1355 (the “Law”) signed by Governor Scott in May.
