Codrington III, co-authors of the book, The People’s Constitution: 200 Years, 27 Amendments, and the Promise of a More Perfect Union, which includes insight on American Promise and the 28th Amendment. In addition, our very own Dr. Jessica Hare will sit down for a conversation with author and founder of Civic Courage, Sam Daley-Harris, who will review the impact American Promise and its nationwide core of volunteers have made this past year.
