Nausheen Ansari is a senior donor relations officer at the Brennan Center. Her work focuses primarily on cultivating and strengthening relationships with individual donors in the fight for preserving and protecting American democracy.
Ansari led the development team at Campus Election Engagement Project, a nonprofit that advocates for college youth voting rights. She formerly worked as a special events coordinator at the Community Service Society of New York, where she organized and executed fundraising events, most notably their 170th gala. Ansari is an adjunct professor of political science at a local community college in New Jersey, where she frequently teaches a course on American national government.
Ansari received her BA in English, with a focus on creative writing, from the University of Central Florida and her master’s in public administration from the City College of New York.
