Amanda Bart serves as Executive Assistant to President Michael Waldman. Amanda was previously the Associate Director of Operations for Correctional Health Services at Rikers Island. Prior to that, she spent seven years as Director of Administration for the Bellevue Juvenile Justice Mental Health Service program. She is a longtime volunteer with the Women’s Prison Association, which empowers women to redefine their lives in the face of injustice and incarceration, and is currently chair of their Associate Board.
Amanda received an MA in Forensic Psychology at CUNY’s John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a BA in Psychology with a minor in Crime and Justice from University of Michigan.
