Letter to Miami-Dade County Board of Elections on Provisional Ballots Cast by Voters without IDs

Numerous voters were turned away from the polls in Miami-Dade County in the election, and those who filed provisonal ballots, their votes were not counted. Here is our letter to the Board of Elections.
