Comment of the Brennan Center Regarding Wisconsin Rules Change Petition 20–03

On November 30, the Brennan Center submitted a comment to the Wisconsin Supreme Court regarding a petition to change court rules regarding redistricting litigation. The proposal would give the Wisconsin Supreme Court original jurisdiction in all redistricting litigation and limit which parties may intervene as a matter of right.
