Brennan Center Submits Comment to Georgia State Board of Elections on Proposed Election Rules
The Brennan Center, along with the Center for Civic Design, Asian Americans Advancing Justice – Atlanta, Common Cause and Common Cause Georgia, submitted comment to the Georgia State Board of Elections on proposed absentee ballot instructions.
On August 31, 2020, the Brennan Center for Justice at NYU Law, along with the Center for Civic Design, Asian Americans Advancing Justice – Atlanta, Common Cause and Common Cause Georgia, submitted comment to the Georgia State Board of Elections urging the board to improve absentee ballot instructions to minimize lost votes.
