Brennan Center Submits Follow-up Comment to Georgia State Board of Elections on Proposed Election Rules
The Brennan Center, along with Common Cause, submitted comment to the Georgia State Board of Elections on proposed voting machine, emergency paper ballot and provisional voting resource levels.
On February 17, 2020, the Brennan Center for Justice at NYU Law, along with Common Cause, submitted comment to the Georgia State Board of Elections urging the board to strengthen resource level requirements for voting machines, emergency paper ballots, and provisional voting materials.
