Testimony on Fusion Voting before the Oregon Legislative Assembly
Lauren Miller submitted written testimony to the Oregon Legislative Assembly’s House Committee on Rules on how H.B. 3593, which disaggregates the state’s fusion voting system, would strengthen important free speech benefits for Oregon voters.
The state’s proposal to automatically limit access to some criminal record information follows the example of more than a dozen states across the country.
