On March 3, 2026, Arkansas will hold a nonpartisan election to fill two seats on the Arkansas Supreme Court. The candidates are competing to fill the seats of two eight-year terms that will expire on December 31, 2026. Incumbent candidate Cody Hiland is running uncontested for Position 6 on the court while incumbent candidate Nicholas Bronni is running against attorney John Adams for Position 3 on the court. If a candidate receives more than 50 percent the vote, they will win the seat. If not, the top two candidates will compete in a runoff during the general election in November.
