On March 3, 2026, Arkansas held a nonpartisan election to fill two seats on the Arkansas Supreme Court. The candidates competed to fill the seats of two eight-year terms that will expire on December 31, 2026. Incumbent candidate Cody Hiland ran uncontested and won Position 6 on the court while incumbent candidate Nicholas Bronni received more than 50 percent the vote, defeating attorney John Adams and winning Position 3 on the court. There will not be a runoff during the general election in November.
