On May 21, 2024, Georgia held a general election for four seats on the Georgia Supreme Court. Three incumbent justices were running unopposed – Justice John Ellington, Justice Nels Peterson, and Justice Michael P. Boggs. Justice Andrew Pinson won against former Democratic congressman John Barrow, securing a 6-year term on the Georgia Supreme Court.
