Marina Pino

Marina Pino serves as Counsel in the Elections & Government program, where she focuses on issues related to election administration, election security, and money in politics.

Marina previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Gershwin A. Drain of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. After her clerkship, she was a Legal Fellow with Fair Elections Center in Washington, D.C.

Marina earned her JD from the University of Michigan Law School, where she served as the Managing Editor of the Michigan Journal of Law Reform and a Production Editor of the Michigan Journal of Gender & Law. She holds a BA in History and Political Science, summa cum laude, from Hofstra University.
