Noah Kim was a Research and Program Associate in the Brennan Center’s Justice Program, working on state and federal policy research and supporting the program’s quantitative work. Prior to joining the Brennan Center, Kim spent two years as an investigator for the New York City government’s Civilian Complaint Review Board, where he investigated cases of police misconduct. Kim graduated from Brown University in May 2019, receiving his BA in Political Science. During the Fall of 2017, he studied at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea.
