Katherine Yon Ebright

Katherine Yon Ebright serves as counsel with the Brennan Center’s Liberty & National Security Program, where she focuses on war powers and the constitutional separation of powers.

Katherine previously served as a fellow at the Public International Law & Policy Group.  She then served as a law clerk to the Hon. John M. Walker, Jr., of the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and to the Hon. J. Paul Oetken of the District Court for the Southern District of New York.  She received an AB in social studies from Harvard College and a JD from Columbia Law School.
