Due to the expiration of two justices’ terms, two seats on the Michigan Supreme Court will be up for nonpartisan election on November 3, 2026. Incumbents Megan Cavanagh and Noah Hood are running for reelection against Thomas Howe, Twenty Third Circuit Judge Casandra Morse-Bills, Sixth Circuit Judge Michael D. Warren Jr., and Jody White. The two candidates that receive the most votes will be elected to an 8-year term on the court.
