Cherie Vu serves as the special assistant to the vice president of the Democracy Program. In her role, she conducts research, assists with program-wide reports and meetings, and provides administrative support. Before joining the Brennan Center, Cherie worked as a field organizer for the Democratic Party of Georgia, campaigning for Senators Ossoff and Warnock during the US Senate runoffs in Georgia. She graduated from Georgetown University in 2020, where she majored in Government and minored in Economics.
