Siena Blackburn is a program associate in the Brennan Center’s Elections and Government Program, where she focuses on money in politics and election security issues.
Prior to joining the Brennan Center, Blackburn served on the Asia desk at the U.S. Agency for International Development and held numerous roles in the nonprofit and government affairs spaces.
She holds a BA in conflict resolution from Brigham Young University–Hawaii.
