Thomas Brown is a program associate in the Brennan Center’s Democracy Program, where he focuses on voting rights and elections. He previously worked in the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice, where he supported litigation and investigations relating to redistricting, voter registration, and voter intimidation.
Brown graduated from Dartmouth College with a bachelor’s degree in government and English.
