Emily Whitehead is an executive communications strategist at the Brennan Center, where she supports the Office of the President in preparing and managing external and internal communications. Previously, she served on the speechwriting and communications teams at the White House, where she crafted speeches and conducted research for the Executive Office of the President, and she also worked on the paid media team for Harris for President.
Whitehead graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s degree in political science and business administration.
