Sonali Seth

Equal Justice Works Fellow, Democracy

Sonali Seth was an Equal Justice Works Fellow with the Brennan Center’s Democracy Program, where her work was sponsored by Paul Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. She focused on building political power for communities of color by fighting discriminatory local redistricting.

Sonali is a recent J.D. graduate of the New York University School of Law, cum laude, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the NYU Review of Law and Social Change. During law school, she worked for the Brennan Center, the ACLU of Illinois, the Legal Aid Society, the NYU Civil Litigation Employment Law Clinic, and the Electronic Privacy Information Center. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Policy, Planning, and Development, summa cum laude, from the University of Southern California.
