Emile Ayoub is senior counsel in the Brennan Center’s Liberty & National Security Program. His work focuses on surveillance and the impact of technology on civil rights and civil liberties.
Prior to joining the Brennan Center, Emile was a litigation associate at Milbank LLP and clerked for the Honorable Roslynn R. Mauskopf of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He also previously worked as a digital rights consultant and lecturer in the International Justice Clinic at the University of California, Irvine School of Law. Emile received his JD, magna cum laude, from the University of California, Irvine School of Law and his BA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
