With the expiration of the FISA Amendments Act looming, Elizabeth (Liza) Goitein urged the Senate Committee on the Judiciary to reform Section 702 and institute stronger safeguards for Americans privacy and Fourth Amendment rights.

Liza also testified before the House Committee on the Judiciary in March 2017 on the FISA Amendments Act.
