  This bill would change the date of federal elections to the first Saturday and Sunday after the first Friday in November in every even numbered year.  It would require polling places to be open beginning Saturday at 10:00 am local time and ending Sunday at 6:00 pm local time.  It would allow polling places to close between 10:00 pm local time on Saturday and 6:00 am local time on Sunday.
