In November 2022, three seats on the Ohio Supreme Court are up for partisan election. Incumbent Justice Pat DeWine (R) is competing with Ohio First District Court of Appeals Judge Marilyn Zayas (D). Incumbent Justice Pat Fischer (R) is competing with Ohio Tenth District Court of Appeals Judge Terri Jamison (D). Finally, incumbent justices Jennifer Brunner (D) and Sharon Kennedy (R) are competing to become Chief Justice.
