Zoe Merriman is a program associate for the Brennan Center’s Judiciary Program, where she focuses on tracking advancements in state constitutional law and promoting the State Court Report newsletter. Prior to joining the center, she worked in the administrative field, researched health equity policy, and coauthored a workbook focused on climate change for students in middle school and high school.
Merriman holds a BS in wildlife and fisheries science from Pennsylvania State University. She received her MPA with a specialization in policy analysis from NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, where she completed a capstone project on affordable housing solutions for refugees.
