Samantha Rutter is a donor relations officer in the Brennan Center's Development Department. She focuses on midlevel giving, specializing in outreach and fundraising initiatives.
Prior to joining the Brennan Center, she worked as a primary fundraiser for New York Blood Center Enterprises and the Central Conference of American Rabbis. Her first role was in financial processing and operations at UJA-Federation of New York.
Rutter graduated from Muhlenberg College with a BA in psychology and a minor in creative writing.
