Nell Compton is the development manager on the Institutional Relations team. She started at the Brennan Center as a development associate in 2021. Prior to joining the team at Brennan, Nell worked as a field organizer on Sara Gideon’s U.S. Senate campaign in Maine. She held previous internships at Run for Something, Vital Voices Global Partnership, and the Office of U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand. Nell graduated from Vassar College with a major in political science and a minor in French.
