Michelle Dobrusin is the Human Resources Manager at the Brennan Center for Justice. She manages benefits strategy and administration, payroll, compliance and reporting, HRIS maintenance, new employee onboarding, benefits and policy education, employee relations, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. She also supports training and other HR endeavors.
Prior to joining the Brennan Center, Dobrusin worked as a student affairs professional and taught undergraduate courses in women’s, gender, and sexuality studies. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the College of New Jersey, and master’s degrees from Ohio State University and Arizona State University.
