Meah Austin is a development associate on the direct response and donor services team in the Brennan Center’s Development Department. She coordinates direct mail campaigns, maintains the center’s donor database, conducts research for strategic planning, and enhances accreditation initiatives.
Prior to joining the Brennan Center, Austin was a mid-level growth manager of strategic partnerships at XOMAD, a purpose-driven influencer marketing agency. Austin played an integral part in streamlining XOMAD’s partnerships with public and private sector entities, managing grant and request-for-proposal responses, and optimizing revenue health. She also has experience spearheading sociopolitical efforts and governance practices in the higher education sector.
Austin graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a BA in psychology and Africana studies.
