Kimberley Boyce is the human resources generalist at the Brennan Center for Justice. She supports the organization with benefits administration, payroll, compliance and reporting, HRIS maintenance, new employee onboarding, benefits and policy education, managing the intern program, HR special projects, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Her background includes human resources, administration, and the culinary arts. She earned a BSBA in finance and insurance from the University of Hartford and a culinary arts diploma from the Institute of Culinary Education. She loves being a mom, dancing, working with organizations in her community as a food justice advocate and catering.
