Mark Krass

Postdoctoral Research Fellow

Mark Krass is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Brennan Center, where he works on issues of democratic accountability and executive power. Previously, he was an attorney-adviser at the Office of Legal Counsel in the Justice Department and clerked for Judge Patricia A. Millett of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit. His work has appeared in The Yale Law Journal, the Virginia Law Review, and at the Conference on Neural Information Processing Systems. Krass received a JD and a PhD in political science from Stanford University.
