In Oklahoma, four justices on the Supreme Court were up for a retention election (Douglas Combs, James Edmondson, Noma Gurich, and Yvonne Kauger). There was only one ad run, and it was run by an outside group called "Yes for Fair and Impartial Judges."
The four justice in Florida were retained in the November 6 election.
