Jaemin Kim

Grants Manager

Jaemin manages the foundation/institutional grants to the Brennan Center. This includes writing and coordinating grant proposals and reports; and producing strategic materials to further develop support. She draws on her background as a public interest lawyer and journalist to present to funders the achievements and activities of the Brennan Center’s staff, and the deep need for them. She worked as a lawyer and advocate at the following public interest organizations: the NYCLU, Consumers Union and Legal Services for the Elderly in Queens. Her articles appeared in the Washington Post, the Chronicle of Higher Education and the Huffington Post among other publications. She received her J.D. from New York University School of Law and her B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers College.
