Thomas (Tom) Wolf is Counsel with the Democracy Program, focusing on redistricting issues. Prior to joining the Brennan Center, he was a litigation associate with the Supreme Court group of a global law firm, where his practice focused on constitutional law and strategic risk management. Tom began his legal career as a clerk for Senior Judge Guido Calabresi of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He is an alumnus of The Yale Law School, where he was Coker Fellow for constitutional law, and Obama for America, where he supported the campaign’s field organizing and political outreach efforts. Tom holds advanced degrees in Political Thought & Intellectual History from the University of Cambridge and Urban Development Planning from the Bartlett Faculty of University College London, which he attended as a Marshall Scholar.
