Jennifer S. Rosenberg
Ms. Rosenberg was a Voting Rights and Elections fellow in the Democracy Program, working on a variety of election related issues, including student voting and universal voter registration. Prior to joining the Brennan Center, she clerked for Judge Shira A. Scheindlin of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. In the preceding year, she was a litigation associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. She graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law in 2005, where she was a member of the Pennsylvania Law Review, taught legal writing, and interned with the Capital Defender Office of New York. Ms. Rosenberg received her B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University and is co-author of the forthcoming article, Defacing Democracy: The Prominence of As-Applied Challenges in the Supreme Court's Recent Election Law Decisions.
