Gov. Cuomo Calls for Public Matching Funds in New York
New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo joined business leaders and other civic advocates to call for a small donor matching system in New York state.
The event was sponsored by the Brennan Center for Justice, Committee for Economic Development (CED), New York Leadership for Accountable Government (NY LEAD), Americans for Campaign Reform, and the League of Women Voters New York.
Gov. Cuomo was introduced by Covington & Burling's Philip Howard, Brennan Center President Michael Waldman, and Jonathan Soros.
