The Brennan Center for Justice at NYU School of Law applauds Mayor-elect Bill de Blasio’s selection of Zachary W. Carter as Corporation Counsel for the City of New York. Mr. Carter served as a member of the Brennan Center’s Board of Directors for almost a decade.
