Ellen Fisher
Justice, Research Associate
Ms. Fisher joined the Brennan Center in August 2007 as a Research Associate in the Justice Program. She is working with Aziz Huq and Jonathan Hafetz on the Center's Liberty and National Security Project. Prior to joining the Center, Ms. Fisher double majored in German and Political Science at Barnard College. She graduated summa cum laude in 2005 as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She then worked as a litigation paralegal at Hughes Hubbard and Reed, LLP before receiving a Fulbright grant to Germany, where she conducted research on Germany's citizenship law, immigration, and integration policy.
