David Pedulla

Justice, Research Associate

Mr. Pedulla joined the Brennan Center in July of 2006 as a Research Associate in the Justice Program. He assists in coordinating outreach and education for the Brennan Center's campaign to fix the private money restrictions on legal services programs throughout the United States. Mr. Pedulla also writes the weekly Legal Services E-lert and supports the Center's initiatives to assist in enforcing the First Amendment rights of nonprofit organizations working with low-income communities.

Prior to joining the Brennan Center, he served as a New York City Urban Fellow in the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Health and Human Services. He also spent a year as an Emerson National Hunger Fellow, an anti-poverty fellowship program run by the Congressional Hunger Center. During his time as an Emerson Fellow, he worked with the advocacy department at Oregon Food Bank and as an agricultural trade policy researcher with the Center of Concern and the Presbyterian Hunger Program in Washington, DC. He received his B.A. in History from Boston College in 2004.
