Chisun Lee

Chisun Lee works as an attorney in the Democracy Program of the Brennan Center, focusing on campaign finance reform and other means of achieving and protecting broader participation in the political process. Prior to joining the Brennan Center, she served as law clerk to the Hon. Gerard E. Lynch of the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of New York. She previously covered the law, politics, and public policy as a print journalist, chiefly as a staff writer at the Village Voice, and earned numerous awards and other honors for her work. For several years before then, Ms. Lee worked for a citywide elected official in New York City. She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School (2006) and her B.A., magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Brown University (1996).
