The Brennan Center for Justice Living Constitution Project brings together thinkers and policymakers to further understanding of the Constitution and its role in a changing world. Senator Tom Harkin presents his lecture "Filibuster Reform: Curbing Abuse to Prevent Minority Tyranny in the Senate."

Ireland of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court presents his lecture "Goodridge’s Wake: Reflections on the Political, Public, and Personal Repercussions of the Massachusetts Same-Sex Marriage Cases."
