Cody Cutting joined the Brennan Center in April 2014 as a Research and Program Associate in the Democracy Program, where he works on issues pertaining to fair and impartial courts. Prior to joining the Brennan Center, Cody worked at the civil rights litigation practice Emery Celli Brinckerhoff & Abady, LLP, where he helped advocate for a class of over 22,000 people wrongfully arrested under unconstitutional loitering statutes. Cody graduated from Brown University in 2012 with a B.A. in Economics and International Political Economy, earning the S.C. Rosenberger Prize for academic excellence in International Relations. Cody was also a 2012 Fulbright Scholarship recipient, spending the year teaching English in Argentina.
