Brennan Center for Justice

Mr. Rattner’s work primarily focused on restoring the right to vote to people with prior felony convictions and election law issues. He has worked on a presidential campaign and student voting rights issues. Prior to joining the Brennan Center for Justice, he was a summer associate at Proskauer Rose LLP. Mr. Rattner received his J.D., cum laude from Hofstra Law School, where he was a Notes and Comments Editor for the Hofstra Law Review. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
