Mr. Boyle was a fellow with the Democracy Program working on campaign finance reform. He is a 2008 graduate of the Epstein Program in Public Interest Law and Policy at the UCLA School of Law where he was a California Bar Foundation Public Interest Scholar, a Gail McKinney Wheat Scholar, and a Gene Chau Memorial Human Rights Scholar. He was also an articles editor of the UCLA Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs and a member of the Moot Court Honors Program. During law school, Mr. Boyle interned at the UN International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, the National Legal Department of the ACLU, Schonbrun DeSimone Seplow Harris & Hoffman LLP, and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. He also holds a B.S. with honors from Boston University.
