As part of our work in the Right to Vote coalition, the Brennan Center has produced the Right to Vote Research Toolkit for surveying local election board procedures with respect to registration of eligible voters with felony convictions.

The Brennan Center together with Community Service Society of New York and Legal Action Center, conducted a successful advocacy campaign to eliminate obstacles to voter registration. This is a description of the strategies used to achieve this important policy change.
