On October 13, 2010, the Brennan Center for Justice hosted a briefing on potential threats to the vote in the 2010 election. The presentation covered the persistent problems of the voter registration system, the increased threat of voter suppression, possible voting system failures, and other major issues affecting voters in November's election.
