Voter Registration Modernization

• West Virginia Secretary of State Natalie E. Tennant has voiced strong support for voter registration modernization.  In a September 2010 presentation to the state legislature's Joint Judicial Committee, she notes that VRM reduces administrative costs, is secure, is accessible, has bipartisan support, and would make West Virginia compliant with the National Voter Registration Act.  The presentation is below, and also available on the Secretary of State's website here.
