The Utah Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission People announced the launch of a new website that will allow people who appear in court to evaluate judges online. In Utah, judges face retention elections every six years. The Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission will add the feedback it receives from litigants to the information it collects from attorneys to fashion the public recommendations it produces prior to the election.
